Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of K2Projects. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them once; we have kept them plain.
Effective 2 November 2026. Run by K2Projects.
The service
K2Projects is project management software for small teams. You create workspaces, invite your team, assign work, and publish progress updates. The site is at k2projects.app, run by K2Projects.
Your account
- We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password.
- Keep access to your email account safe. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Tell us through Help if you think someone else has used your account.
- Agent connections and Application Programming Interface (API) keys act for you. You approve what each one can do. Revoke access at any time under Connections.
Plans and billing
- Free. Each workspace starts free. Free allows 3 contributors and 2 active projects. No card is needed.
- Together. Nine United States dollars (USD) per month, per workspace. Together allows up to 30 contributors and unlimited active projects. Each workspace is billed on its own.
- Stripe processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Manage payment, invoices, or cancellation in the Stripe Billing Portal, from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end date the portal shows. The workspace then returns to Free limits.
- Prices may change. We will show the new price on Pricing before it applies to you.
Your content
Your projects, tasks, comments, files, and updates belong to you. We store and process them only so the service can work for you and your team.
You can export a full workspace at any time, including archived work. Exports are free on every plan. See Your data on the home page.
You are responsible for content you add. Do not add content you have no right to share. Workspace owners manage who can see and change their workspace.
Fair use
Please do not:
- break the law, or help others break the law, with the service;
- probe, scan, or attack the service or other accounts;
- send spam, or misuse invitations, support, or sign-in codes;
- share sign-in codes, or use another person’s account without permission;
- try to get around plan limits or billing.
We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules. We will explain why when we can.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe. Still, the service may pause for maintenance or faults. Features may change over time. We note notable changes on What’s new.
Back up anything you cannot afford to lose. The free workspace export makes this easy.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the service will always run, or that it will fit every purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your use
- You can stop at any time. Open Account and choose Delete account, or deactivate it first.
- Export your workspace before you delete, if you want to keep a copy.
- We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will show a new effective date at the top. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.
